THe Poppy Symbolizes The Renaissance
According To The Almanac, The Birth Flower For August Is The Poppy And The Gladiolus, Which Are Both My Favourites. While The Red Poppy Flowers Generally Represent “Consolation, Remembrance And Death.” In Chinese Art, The Poppy Is Associated With Wealth And Honour.
Since The “Poppy” Falls On My Birthday Month, I Thought It Would Be Befitting To Paint As My Muse. “In Ancient Times, Poppies Placed On Tombstones Represent Eternal Sleep.” The Tragic Epochs We Are Experiencing Have Given Rise To A Reawakened Conciseness, Giving Us Time To Reassess Our Brief Transient Life And Make Amends To Life’S Loss, Past, Present, And Future. What Can We Do To Leave A Legacy Of Humanitarianism?
Hence, I Envision The Poppy To Symbolize Resiliency, Serenity, And Reunification Amid The Fatal Mortal Casualties Of Covid-19, The Invasion Of Ukraine And The Reconciliation Of Indigenous People That Never Seem To End While Holding To The Hope Of A New Renaissance And Prosperity.
I Chose A Blend Of Reds And Oranges With A Touch Of Yellow To Represent The Blood Lost In These Uncertain Times, Orange For Reconciliation, And Yellow To Represent Perspicacity.
The Vibrant Poppy Colours Are Considered A Great Focal Point In Small Gardens And A Fulgurous Addition Planted In Large Swaths In Landscapes. Consequently, This Poppy Would Make A Dazzling Focal Point In Any Room, Symbolizing Health, Regeneration And Prosperity.
Please Enjoy The Ambiance!</P
