Paper Has Been Made In The Kochi Prefecture For Over 1,000 Years. There Are Still Over 300 People Making Paper In Kochi, Including Many Younger Generation Papermakers Who Have Been Trained To Succeed Their Elders In The Tradition Of Tosa Washi.
